Paula is the guardian angel of Traumwechsel, it is for me, for you, for all the people who got into contact with Traumwechsel. No matter how. Paula loves us all, protects us and Paula is always happy. Whether you believe in guardian angels or not – as long as you feel okay with your decision, it doesn’t matter. Paula will be there for you, be sure! She exists apart from what we believe. But if we ban her from our heart, from our memory she will become weak and feel unbeloved by you.
It is hard to overestimate the role of Paula. Just the fact that there is somebody who takes care of us and who protects us gives us more confidence. If we ask Paula for help (by the way, she always sits on your right shoulder!) or let her know our fears and hand over the responsibility for the solution to her she will be able to work and she is happy to be there for you. Paula knows exactly what she is doing!
Take her to your heart and accept her. You will realize that you will find your inner balance much faster because you do not have to take care of everything on your own. As soon as you realize that one emotion outweighs the others (fear, anger, but also happiness, proudness or hope) an unbalance will come up and the law of balance will bring you back. The levelling forces will be actived and you will feel them through e.g. salted food, accidents, bruises and illnesses.
If you are proud of you please tell Paula: „Thank you. I could do this or that with your help.’ If you are sad ask her for moments of cuddeling. If you get angry about something ask Paula to clear the situation for you. You hand over the responsibility to her and get back to your emotional balance. There is no need for the levelling forces to be activated.
Our cute Paula has a lot of sisters. Paulas mother was a little boring because she called all her children Paula. What an advantage for us! Paula is just Paula, despite of the different faces we only have to remember one name ... just...Paula.
